Our park is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. There are tall mature Palm trees lining the U-shaped street, Cacti, Succulents, a large variety of other flowers, trees and plants all throughout our wonderfully well-kept manicured lawn.

Yellow Rose MH & RV Park offers you a lovely, small, quiet 55+ community that is conveniently located to lots of History, nature, shopping, the beach, and so much more. For our Winter Texans that enjoy a trip across the border, Mexico is about 15 min away and very easy to get to. The Rio Grande Valley is a wonderful winter vacation destination stop!
